The Energy Gardener®approach
And what it can do for you..
The Energy Gardener® approach offers a unique set of programs designed to help you make significant breakthroughs in your life, relationships, and work. Unlike some traditional therapies, I take a holistic approach, working with your Whole Mind to facilitate comprehensive transformation.
Through transformational hypnotherapy, together we delve into your Subconscious and Unconscious mind, and then we continue our work together by addressing the Conscious (thinking) mind as well as the Higher mind.
This approach is truly powerful as it enables us to uncover the root of the problem and bring about transformative change, propelling you forward rapidly. By combining personalized Perspective Coaching and RTT therapy (find out more about RTT here), integration of energy principles, and tools for personal and consciousness growth, I provide a comprehensive framework for your progress.
There are few analogies that are as straightforward yet impactful in describing the processes of intentional change and the continuous growth of beauty and appreciation in our lives as the analogy of gardening. It is a concept universally understood.
In this analogy, your subconscious and unconscious mind (emotions, thoughts, and beliefs) are akin to the unseen but immensely powerful energetic drivers, much like the soil and all that occurs beneath the surface, hidden from view.
The conscious outcomes in your life represent everything visible above ground—what you possess, what you attract, and what you do (such as your behaviour, health, habits, relationships, and so on).
Furthermore, the Higher Mind is comparable to the elements that surround us—mysterious yet powerful and essential to life. It acts as an invisible guiding force that we can either embrace and collaborate with or resist and struggle against in vain.
By simplifying complex concepts and employing an analogy that resonates with everyone, we harness its power, enabling you to carry it with you and apply it repeatedly in all areas of your life
As Albert Einstein wisely said, "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler."
Just like in a garden...
First:
🌱 A healthy life needs regular tending and a review of what is thriving, what is taking over, and which areas need extra attention.
🌱 We identify what we want to cultivate more of and what needs to be removed.
🌱 We remove weeds (unwanted remnants from our PAST that are still growing and taking up space in our life).
🌱 We eliminate everything that suffocates and blocks different areas of our life.
Next:
🌱 We nurture and nourish the good things already flourishing in the PRESENT moment to sustain them.
🌱 We utilise our strengths, gifts, and life lessons to fertilise the areas where we want to thrive in our lives.
🌱 We establish boundaries to protect us from pests that may devour the fruits of our labour.
Then:
🌱 We sow new seeds for the things we desire in our FUTURE life.
🌱 Ensuring balance and variety, which are key to a beautiful life in all seasons.
🌷 We cultivate more beauty in our lives, not just focusing on practical matters. We want to savour life, not just exist in it.
🌷 To take it to the next level, we aspire to lead purposeful lives where we can share and exchange the abundance we have grown with others.
There is a deeper analogy to all of this as well. Women were the gatherers of old, while men would hunt. This history ingrained in our DNA holds significance as it still influences the way we approach our work today.
Gatherers would spend time identifying opportunities and assessing what was ripe for the picking. Community and cooperation with other women were crucial. Their work provided sustenance for the community, involving long, arduous hours without the glory of returning triumphant with a hunt.
Gatherers didn't strive for short-term gains; instead, they ensured everyone was fed. They multitasked, worked diligently, and had a constant eye on future growth.
As humans evolve, they transition from being time-intensive hunter-gatherers to becoming conscious gardeners.
Gardening requires cultivation and patience at first. However, once the ground is clear and the right seeds are nurtured, the harvest comes to you.
Great gardening demands time and effort, but once you've mastered the process of identifying and removing weeds early on, fertilising areas that require extra attention, you can enjoy an endless bountiful harvest that surpasses your needs and even provides surplus to support others.
